INVITATION LETTER OF VISA
A customised invitation letter for visa purposes is only available for participants with a confirmed and fully paid registration. It should be asked during the online registration process.
The letter is intended to help participants raise travel funds or obtain a visa but does not imply the EADO will provide financial support.
In case of a visa request rejection, the Congress organisers will refund the full registration fee only upon receipt of the official refusal document from the Embassy.
Please visit the website of the French Ministry of Foreign Affairs for further information concerning the documents required to obtain a visa.
We urge all participants to keep in mind that a visa application may take some time to be processed and should, therefore, be initiated early enough to ensure it is granted before the Congress begins. We encourage you to also check with your local Embassy regarding necessary documents, as this may differ even between individuals from the same country.
